The pressure washer is the king of outdoor cleaning, and for good reason. Using a pressure washer you can quickly clean large areas without any great effort. The applications are endless. Façades, patios, cars, outdoor furniture, boats and pools, but also garden walls and barbecue grills are examples of objects that can easily be cleaned with a pressure washer. Instead of rinsing off dirt and grease, pressure washers essentially just strip the surface using very high pressure water. The pressure washer takes water – normally from your household supply – and increases the pressure using a built-in pump. While the water pressure in a house is normally around 4 bar, in an average pressure washer it's around 130-160 bar. However, it isn't merely the water pressure that's important, but also the water quantity, and this is normally around 300-500 litres an hour.
